Delivery period

The delivery time is 3 to 5 days for shipments to Spain (Standard Shipping) and 1 to 2 days for express shipments. This period includes the warehouse processing and the carrier's delivery period. Shipments for the rest of Europe and other countries have an delivery time of 6-12 days, depending on the destination country.


At PremiumsFC we continually track the shipment of each purchase, with the possibility that the carrier may have trouble finding your address or have tried to make the delivery when there was no one at home.

Items less than 2 kg:

  • For Spain - 6,70 € Standard; 9,90 € Express
  • For Europe - € 7.90 Standard; € 10,80 Express

Products weighing between 2-5kg:

  • For Spain - € 9.40 Standard; € 13,90 Express
  • For Europe - € 12,40 Standard; € 16,90 Express

At PremiumsFC we ship products to any destination in Europe. If your country is not within that Category, please contact us and indicate the product/products in which you are interested and we will provide you with an individual quotation on the shipping costs of those particular products. The accepted payment methods for this type of sales are Paypal and credit or debit card. If you need help, please contact us.


RETURN OR REPLACEMENT At SunFair (PremiumsFC) our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. Therefore, we want to make sure that the product you have purchased from our store always meets your expectations. If this is not the case, you have 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods to return the product.

Simply send us the product by any means you wish with the Shipping Costs Paid to our address: GRUPO SUNFAIR S. L. Rambla Prim 294, BARCELONA 08020, Spain.

Leave a note inside the package communicating wether you want to replace it with another and the model you want or if you want to get paid the money you must provide us with the account number, card, etc.... In the event of replacement by another article, we will take care of the costs of this second shipment, but the customer has to send it with the expenses already paid (costs borne by the customer). We would make 2 shipments with the shipping costs paid and the customer only 1 shipment.

The refund of the purchase will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items in our warehouses. After checking the condition of the merchandise, we will proceed to refund its amount in the same way as the purchase was made.
